Gotv founded

 GOtv is a digital terrestrial television service owned by Multichoice, a South African-based media conglomerate. GOtv was launched in 2011, initially in Nigeria, and later expanded to other African countries.

- 2011: GOtv launched in Nigeria, offering a range of local and international channels.

- 2012: GOtv expanded to Kenya, Uganda, and Ghana.

- 2013: GOtv launched in Tanzania, Mozambique, and Zambia.
